what you will ask yourself
"Where will I watch the sunset?" Every day, the same question comes up, whether you're with friends or alone with yourself: There are many places, all different atmospheres, and each twilight offers a unique spectacle .
The colours unfold in a cascade, transforming every minute. Dogs leap with carefree joy, children laugh as they dive into the water, smiles mark faces without ever fading , kites take flight, and surfers surrender to their last wave.
All eyes are drawn to the blazing horizon...
This daily scene reminds me of the beauty of the world, the vitality of peoples, and the simple happiness that nature offers us .
For one hour, everything becomes light!
Then the sun sets, leaving behind a silent promise: To return the next day
It is in the simple moments that the greatest happiness is born.

What I recommend for admiring the sunsets
In Seminyak/Kuta, go to Batu Belig, Legian Beach or Kuta Beach to enjoy the natural spectacle in a local atmosphere.
In Canggu, choose Echo Beach or Batu Bolong, perfect spots to admire the sunset in a relaxed atmosphere.
In Uluwatu, visit Uluwatu Temple, Rock Bar, or El Kabron for breathtaking views and a unique atmosphere.

Each wave brings happiness
An incomparable feeling of freedom

which saved my life
Swept out to sea by a strong current, I felt intense fear . I was alone, far from everything, barely able to distinguish the silhouettes of bathers in the distance.
To avoid giving in to panic, I took deep breaths and sat calmly on my board, plunging into a deep silence.
At that moment, I understood that it was pointless to fight against the force of the current. I then remembered the advice of a friend: follow the current horizontally to get out of it, then wait for the waves to go back out with them.
Despite the fatigue, I rowed with difficulty for about a hundred meters, gradually managing to leave the current.
Ten minutes later, a huge wave came and broke right where I was (Wipeout) . It sucked me down six or seven meters. I struggled to hold my breath to get back to the surface.
A second wave came next, which I took to get back to the beach.
This unexpected event made me realize the power and unpredictability of the ocean, but also the importance of remaining calm to manage difficult situations.

What I recommend for starting out in surfing
Kuta Beach : perfect for beginners, gentle waves on sand, friendly atmosphere.
Legian: accessible spot but more technical, intermediate level.
Canggu : very popular, suitable for beginners and intermediate surfers, but be aware of the sometimes stronger waves and currents.
Airport ( Pantai Bandara ): regular waves, easy access for beginners.
Jimbaran : very calm conditions, perfect for learning the basics.
Dreamland : good intermediate spot with slower and longer waves.
Uluwatu (Baby Padang and Balangan): spots for intermediate and advanced divers, beware of reefs and currents.
Medewi : ideal for intermediate riders, long, smooth lefts, perfect for longboarders.
